You can log in to your Shopee account using several methods:

1. Via phone number/email address/Shopee username with account password 

Steps:

1. Open the Shopee App and go to the Me page.

2. Tap Log In.

3. Enter your Phone Number, Email, or Shopee Username along with your Password.

2. Via ShopeePay PIN

⚠️ Note: ShopeePay (SPP) PIN only available for users with activated SPP with normal status of EKYC

Steps:

1. Open the Shopee App and go to the Me page.

2. Tap Log In.

3. Enter your Phone Number and tap Next.

4. Select Login with ShopeePay PIN.

5. Enter your ShopeePay PIN.

3. Using QR Code

Steps:

1. Open the Shopee App and go to the Me page.

2. Tap Log In.

3. Select Log In with Other Methods.

4. Choose Login with QR Code.

5. Scan the QR code using another device that is already logged in to your Shopee App.

To scan the QR code with Shopee App:

1. Open the Shopee App and go to the homepage.

2. Select the QR/Barcode Scanner.

3. Scan the QR code.

4. Tap Yes, Allow Log In.

4. Using SMS Verification

Steps:

1. Open the Shopee App and go to the Me page.

2. Tap Log In.

3. Select Log In with SMS.

4. Enter your Phone Number and tap Next.

5. Complete the CAPTCHA verification.

6. Enter the Verification Code sent via SMS.
   
   

⚠️ Note: If you have used SMS or WhatsApp verification in the last 30 days, the phone number login option will be hidden. Please use one of the alternative methods listed above.

5. Using Google, Facebook, or Apple Account

Steps:

1. Select the third-party account you wish to use (Google, Facebook, or Apple).

2. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the verification process.

⚠️ Note: Logging in via Apple account is only available for iOS devices.

6. Using QR Code on Shopee Website

You can log in to your account on the Shopee Website using any of the methods above, or by scanning a QR code on the login page.

To do so:

Steps:

1. Go to the Shopee Website and select Login.

2. Choose Log in with QR Code.

3. Scan the QR code using the Shopee App.

To scan the QR code with Shopee App:

1. Open the Shopee App and go to the homepage.

2. Select the QR/Barcode Scanner.

3. Scan the QR code.

4. Confirm the login request.

⚠️ Note:

• Ensure that you do not share your verification code (OTP) with anyone
